Call for Abstracts

Formatting Requirements

Language

Written in clear, grammatically correct, academic English.

Title

Limit to twenty (20) words. Must be in Bold, Title Case, and free of non-standard abbreviations.

Authorship

List full names (First Name, Middle Initial, Surname) directly below the title. Underline the presenting author and denote the corresponding author with an asterisk.

Affiliation

State department, institution, city, and country for each author. Provide the active institutional email address of the corresponding author.

Word Limit

The abstract body must be a maximum of 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).

Structure

Write the body as a single continuous paragraph covering Background & Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

Keywords

Provide three to five (3-5) keywords, in alphabetical order, separated by semicolons.

Scientific Names

Botanical names must be italicized and include the authority at first mention.

   Electronic Submission

   Submit your abstract in Microsoft Word format (12pt Times New Roman, double-spaced) using the form below or by email.

   Double-Blind Peer Review

   All submissions are evaluated by at least two independent members of the Scientific and Abstract Review Committee.

   Presentation Format

   State your preference for Oral or Poster presentation. Final placement remains at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.

   Journal Fast-Track Opportunity

   Outstanding manuscripts are invited for fast-tracked submission to special peer-reviewed journal issues.
