Early Bird: KES 12,000 professional / KES 10,000 student. Regular: KES 15,000 / KES 12,000. Late: KES 18,000 / KES 15,000. Virtual: KES 5,500 / KES 5,000. Early-bird rates apply to registrations received before 31 December 2026.

How do I submit an abstract?

Prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word format (12pt Times New Roman, double-spaced, maximum 300 words) and submit it through the website form or by email to conferenceabstracts@jfccollege.ac.ke, stating your track and presentation preference.

What are the abstract formatting requirements?

Title (max 20 words, bold title case); full author names with presenting author underlined and corresponding author marked; department, institution, city and country affiliations with corresponding author email; single-paragraph body (Background & Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions, max 300 words); 3–5 alphabetical keywords separated by semicolons; italicized botanical names with authority at first mention.

Can I present in person or virtually?

Yes. State your preference for oral or poster presentation when you submit; final placement is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Virtual participation categories are available.

Are there sponsorship and exhibition opportunities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sponsorship tiers run from SILVER (KES 250,000) to PLATINUM (KES 1,000,000+), with naming opportunities from KES 50,000. Exhibition booths start at KES 100,000/m² and tables from KES 10,000. Contact conference@jfccollege.ac.ke.
